Last updated: May 6, 2026
NuntiumSec ("we", "our", or "us") operates nuntiumsec.com, the dedicated newsroom and announcement platform for the cybersecurity and DFIR industry. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe to the NuntiumSec newsletter, we collect your email address. This is the only piece of information required to subscribe. Subscription data is stored in our WordPress database and managed via MailPoet.
Announcement submissions. When a company or individual submits an announcement via our submission form, we collect: first name, last name, work email address, company name, announcement type, and the announcement content. This information is used solely to process and publish the submission.
Usage data. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and server administration only.
